Use cases presentation
Two types of reusable trays will be demonstrated: mono-portion trays and eight-portion trays, both designed for use in canteen and catering environments.

Monoportion trays: The large-scale pilot will take place in a company canteen rather than in schools or nursing homes. A key feature of this demonstration is that diners will eat directly from the reusable packaging.

Multiportion trays: The pilot should involve a hotel kitchen. In this case, the kitchen staff will handle the reusable packaging, reheat the food, and serve it to customers on individual plates.

Logistics flow: One traceability checkpoint will be implemented, taking place during the storage phase.
