AUSOLAN
AUZO LAGUN S. COOP. is a Spanish company that offers cleaning and catering services. Founded in 1969 by 17 nonconformist newly-wed women, now a days AUZO LAGUN S. COOP. is among the top three Spanish collective restoration companies and it is considered the biggest company that is 100% Spanish-owned.
AUZO LAGUN S. COOP owns 17 offices and 16 central kitchens all around the Spanish nation and expanded to France in 2016, with the creation of Ausolan Pays Basque. With more than 13,000 employes (95% women) we serve above 260,000 meals every day in schools, businesses, hospitals and nursing homes.
INVOLVED PERSONS
Amaia AGIRRE
She joined the company in November 1996, in the area of Management Systems, assuming the direction of the area in 2010. In 2016, she also took over the Purchasing Management. Together with the creation of the corporation innovation area in 2018, Amaia was named the head of it. The innovation area has the aim of bringing the culture of innovation and identifying those opportunities that translate into an improvement in the competitiveness of our products and services.
Izaskun LASKURAIN
She joined Ausolan in 2002 as a quality and environmental technician. Currently she is performing in the corporate area where she is responsible for the implementation and control of the environmental management system, and for the operational control of environmental aspects.
Elisabet NARBAIZA
She joined Ausolan in 2020 as a Hospital Dietitian. After having participated in an innovation project as a researcher, in December 2021 Elisabet joined the Innovation team as Innovation technician partaking in several national and international projects, offering a fresh viewpoint from the nutritional perspective.
